Project: 1 Beef, pig and goat breeding and dairy project
Project overview:
Greenfield has developed a beef, dairy cattle, pig and goat breeding project to meet with the local market demand of meat, milk and dairy products as well for the export of it to the international market in association of expert partners in each field concern.
The need for the project:
The cattle breeding, feeding and dairy project addresses a number of needs felt by local market on the bases of the information received by Greenfield through local governments, FAO and other reliable sources:
1. To improve of the efficiency of the operations of the local cattle and livestock industry and the quality of the products through:
The establishment of beef, dairy cattle, pig & goat breeding herds with high genetic quality which will provide offspring to increase the quality and productivity of the local herds.
The transfer of Canadian animal husbandry expertise to local technicians, who will be trained to operate the project's facilities with local veterinarians and farmers.
2. To increase the quantity of domestic production of Halal meat products and dairy products in an effort to reduce dependency on Import.
3. To develop the capability to provide Halal / non-Halal meat products and dairy products for the export market.
4. To provide training and employment opportunities for local residents in the rural areas.
5. To help save foreign exchange, reduce trade deficit and make country self sufficient for meat & dairy products.
Project Description:
The beef, dairy cattle, pig and goat-breeding project will be made as per the customer's requirements and will include a facility that will have the following components that address a variety of local and national needs:
A breeding herd of livestock with high genetic quality.
Breeding and veterinary facility for maintaining herd for improving local breed with artificial insemination.
A feedlot with slaughter/processing facility for the production of high quality meat products for the domestic and international market.
A dairy herd and a dairy production of a variety of milk products.
A training program to involve local farmers in the raising of livestock. A training program to transfer advanced but applicable Canadian beef, dairy cattle and hog breeding technology.
Potential employment opportunities for the rural people and farmers.
Design to minimize the environmental impact of the facility through the innovative Canadian developed Solar photo voltaic powered portable greenhouse to grow fodder and composting system, bio mass energy production and rural refrigeration systems, pre fabricated buildings, dairy equipments etc.
Herd management, farm management, feed management and accounting software supply and training.
The Project Team Members:
Greenfield will supply U.S & Canadian patented solar photo voltaic powered portable greenhouse to grow fodder and has acquired the services of other Canadian companies and agencies to supply genetics, livestock, lab equipments, composting system, bio mass energy production and rural refrigeration systems, pre fabricated buildings, dairy equipments, etc. and to provide technical, financial, project management and marketing expertise that this project requires. Greenfield can provide you a turnkey project including training of your personal.
Finance:
To finance this project Greenfield will assist the customer / counterpart to raise and arrange finance form the Export Development Corporation of Canada (EDC) for all Canadian products and services, International banks and other financial resources at a very competitive financial charges against the repayment bank guarantees form the customer / counterpart, on the terms acceptable to the lender(s). We also involve local bankers and insurance companies in the target country.

Project 2: Commercial production of Herbs, Broccoli & other bean Sprouts
We have developed portable greenhouse "Hydro Baby Greens" for growing sprouted beans in a greenhouse environment. You will certainly appreciate the effectiveness of greenhouse cultivation and of producing and supplying fresh green sprouts which can be grown throughout the entire year, is low in fat, high in fibres, hygienic, highly nutritious, rich in energy and a good source of essential vitamins, minerals, protein, and amino acids.
According to recent study conducted by Dr. Talalay at Johns Hopkins University, sulforaphane, a chemical found in broccoli sprouts, triggers the production of enzymes in the body ?s immune system which helps fight cancer.
Our first customer Edric Farms Inc., grower of broccoli sprouts received "Organic Certification" from the Department of Agriculture, Maryland State, U.S.A. for "Hydro Baby Greens" on the bases of the growing method we supplied.
In our greenhouse we use only freshwater, which is recycled for 24 hours. Hydroponically grown sprout is also free of dust and other agriculturally related contaminants and toxins. "Hydro Baby Greens" is grown in an environmentally controlled, fully automatic greenhouse and is capable of sprouting broccoli, radish, alfalfa, barley, buck wheat, clover, corn, cress, white bean, kidney bean, lentil, mung bean, oats, pea, Soya bean, sunflower, wheat etc.
Investment Requirements:
Project cost varies on the bases of the production capacity & market size. We provide turn-key operation, supplies, marketing support and grower support. Territorial rights are available.
In U.S.A. total market for Sprouts is US$ 300 Million.

project report on a minimum US$250.00 non-refundable retainer fee. The consultation

Project:3: Commercial production of Wheat and Barley grass juice
Barley and wheat grass Juice centre:
Barley and wheat is grown hydroponically. You will enjoy producing fresh green grass which can be grown throughout the entire year, is low in fat, hygienic, highly nutritious, rich in energy and a good source of essential vitamins, minerals, protein, and amino acids.
